AN EXTENDED RESONATOR CONCEPT AND ITS APPLICATION IN SWITCHED-CAPACITOR DFT PROCESSORS
An extension of the method based on the Goertzel-algorithm is given applying general
two-output second-order lossless discrete resonators. In the proposed structure of resonators
simple SC integrators are used avoiding the problems of circuit complexity of SC delay elements.
The different resonators of the bank are of the same topology and differ only by one capacitor
value. The solution is, therefore, very suitable for integration
SIS epidemic propagation on hypergraphs
Mathematical modeling of epidemic propagation on networks is extended to
hypergraphs in order to account for both the community structure and the
nonlinear dependence of the infection pressure on the number of infected
neighbours. The exact master equations of the propagation process are derived
for an arbitrary hypergraph given by its incidence matrix. Based on these,
moment closure approximation and mean-field models are introduced and compared
to individual-based stochastic simulations. The simulation algorithm, developed
for networks, is extended to hypergraphs. The effects of hypergraph structure
and the model parameters are investigated via individual-based simulation

Measuring the Macroeconomic Performance of Public Finance Management
In international practice, the performance of public finance management is usually assessed on the basis of quality indicators of the subsystems of the public finance system. The experts of the State Audit Office of Hungary have developed an evaluation system capable of measuring the performance of public finance management on the basis of quantitative indicators and quantifying the contribution of the factors that determine performance most. This article describes this system. It also shows how the assessment system was used to analyse the risks to the ongoing reduction of Hungarian public debt
Optimal Multi-TDMA Scheduling in Ring Topology Networks
A scheduling algorithm will be proposed for wireless ring topology networks, utilizing time division multiple access (TDMA) with possible simultaneous operation of nodes. The proposed algorithm finds the optimal schedule to minimize the turnaround time for messages in the network. The properties of the algorithm are mathematically analyzed and proven, and practical test results are also provided
Ügyfélkapcsolat menedzsment rendszerek nyílt forráskódú szoftverekkel
The object of this study is a comprehensive review of the open source customer
relationship management (CRM) systems. The open source softwares have become one of the most
important trends in the software industry recently. Similarly, the CRM systems are applied more
increasingly in several fields of economy. The CRM is not merely a subsequent software technology
and application in the field of Business Intelligence, but rather a novel, comprehensive customercentric
approach to an organization’s philosophy in dealing with its customer for the sake of
realization of short- and long-range business target contrary to the traditionally widespread productcentric
approach. Following a short synopsis of the theoretical and practical aspects of the CRM
systems we analyse the scope of CRM-supported business activities and processes, then the actual
market forecasts and the range of the effective and potential users of the proprietary and open source
CRM solutions. We make an attempt to give a general overview of the advantages and disadvantages
of applying open source CRM software solutions including the discussion of user benefits and costs
and the applied software technologies
